How to use Melanotan?

You can start with 1 spray in each nostril per day. So, 2 sprays per day. This can be alternated with 1 spray per day. You can continue this up to 3 times a day, 1 spray per nostril, until the spray runs out. Ensure that as little liquid as possible runs into the throat or stomach while spraying, as the stomach does not absorb the nasal spray. It is best to inhale immediately after spraying. This way, as little liquid as possible is lost. During the winter months, it is important to visit a tanning bed every week during your course of treatment to boost the pigment in the skin. Repeat this every week until you have achieved your desired color.
